Perturbations possibles de nos activités en Finlande
Un appel à la grève a été lancé pour le vendredi 1er mars par le syndicat finlandais des marins. Ils sont actuellement en négociation avec l’association des armateurs finlandais afin d’obtenir de nouveaux avantages salariaux. Cette situation provoquerait des perturbations dans les liaisons maritimes rejoignant le pays.
Par conséquent, nos agences locales pourront être impactées et ne pourraient donc pas travailler dans les conditions habituelles. Ces évènements pourront engendrer pour vos transports en provenance et vers la Finlande, un allongement de nos délais de livraison et en particulier pour nos services DB SCHENKERsystem premium et DB SCHENKERsystem FIX DAY.

Possible disruptions of our activities in Finland
A call for a strike was launched on Friday 1st of March by the Finnish Seafarer’s Union. They are currently negotiating with the Finnish Shipowners’ Association to obtain new salary benefits. This situation would cause disruption in the maritime connections to the country.
As a result, our local branches could be impacted and couldn’t work as usual. Delays in processing operations are possible.
These events can lead to an increase in our delivery times for transport to and from Finland, including for our DB SCHENKERsystem premium and DB SCHENKERsystem FIX DAY services.
